Data and purpose
MedHelps processes symptoms, complaints, history, clinical scales, tests, investigations, treatment, medical files and related records to maintain disease history and clinical monitoring.
Legal basis
The core medical function is not presented as voluntary consent where the actual basis is health care or another lawful condition. The user acknowledges being informed about the processing.
Separate purposes
Identifiable data are not used for research or publication merely because a user registered. That needs its own lawful basis and organisational and ethical procedures; anonymised or appropriately pseudonymised data are preferred.
Questions and rights
Questions may be sent to myastheniapatients@gmail.com. If explicit consent is required for a separate purpose, it is requested independently and may be withdrawn to the extent allowed by law.
