1. Purpose
MedHelps provides a protected environment for myasthenia history, monthly monitoring, sharing information with a clinician and managing access.
2. Account
Users provide an accurate email, protect their password and do not share accounts. Suspected unauthorised access should be reported to support.
3. Medical information
Users are responsible for data they enter. Patient-provided information is not automatically clinician-verified. Clinicians may add or correct records while preserving an audit trail.
4. Monthly monitoring
For each calendar month the patient completes six blocks: complaints, medical history update, circumstances, MG-ADL, MG-QoL15R and QMG. MGFA is clinician-only.
5. Subscription
Some functions may require an active subscription. Price, duration and terms are communicated before payment. Renewal support is available through Telegram @med_help_pro.
6. Prohibited use
Users must not access another patient’s data, bypass security, interfere with the service or upload malicious material.
7. Availability and updates
The interface and infrastructure may be updated or temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Ordinary updates should not delete medical history.
8. Ending use
Account closure and deletion of medical records are separate. Some documentation may be retained under law or professional duties.
9. Liability
MedHelps takes reasonable reliability measures but cannot guarantee absolute uninterrupted availability. Limits apply only as permitted by law.
10. Governing law
The agreement is governed by Ukrainian law while preserving mandatory consumer and data-protection rights that cannot be excluded under the patient’s country of residence.
